Return and Refund Policy

At Let's Go!, we want you to love your custom LEGO® kit! If you’re not satisfied, return unopened, unused kits within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. For damaged or defective kits, contact us within 30 days with photos, and we’ll replace or refund at no cost. Email john@buildupsteam.org with your order number to start a return.
